BP Bootcamp

A muscle pounding, heart thumping workout designed to get you ready for anything. With unique combinations to achieve strength and cardio vascular fitness, BP Bootcamp helps you achieve your fitness goals. Each class incorporates dynamic readiness exercises to get your body prepared for the workout and includes modifications and advancements to meet your individual fitness level.

BP Foundation Training

Limited to 8 women per class, Body Performance Foundation classes are personal training with group energy. Programming is phased to address conditioning, strength and core work, creating a complete fitness program. Before joining, each client is given personal fitness assessment. This allows the BP coaches to lead and program for each client individually within the small class structure, while still giving all clients a good workout. All classes include dynamic readiness exercises to prepare you for the workout. The small class size allows BP coaches to address proper form and instruction during class. 

BP Foundation Advanced

Like BP Foundation Training, this class is limited to 8 clients. This class is for experienced Body Performance clientele and those with a strong fitness background. Before joining this class, each client is given a personal fitness assessment. The Advanced classes are phased to address conditioning, strength and core work, and incorporate more complex and multi-joint and multi-planer exercises for the advanced athlete.
