Body Performance is a female approach to strength, fitness and wellness. Our women-only fitness program is designed to bring your inner strength to the surface through a personalized blend of fitness, strength training, wellness tools and nutrition and lifestyle mentorship services.

At Body Performance, we build well and fit bodies. To do that we take extra care in preparing each client for class. Every client is given a personal fitness assessment to identify individual training needs, movement patterns and injury. This is a short consult, free to all clients. During this assessment we identify any skills that need refining and discuss goals for fitness programming. We may recommend individual personal training sessions to develop these skills before joining class. Or joining right in!
Why is this important? Because there should be no one-size-fits-all fitness program. Twenty people to a room with preset weights and reps is a recipe for injury. Body Performance is about YOUR body. So we take the time to listen, learn and understand you so that we can get you where you want to go safely and effectively. Whether you are new to fitness or have been a rocking the gym for years, Body Performance is Fitness for Your Body.
